Catalog Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order with Crivon3D. By requesting a quotation or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Price Validity

• All prices mentioned in this catalog or quotation are exclusive of 18% GST, unless otherwise stated.
• Applicable GST will be added to the final invoice at the time of billing.

2. Price Revision

• The prices provided are based on the current cost of raw materials, production, labor, and operational expenses.
• Crivon3D reserves the right to revise prices at any time without prior notice.
• If there is any increase in material costs, government taxes, logistics charges, import duties, or any other unavoidable cost after the quotation is issued, the additional amount may be added to the final order value after informing the customer.

3. Quotation Validity

• Unless otherwise specified, all quotations are valid for 7 calendar days from the date of issue.
• After the validity period, prices may be revised based on current market conditions.

4. Custom Manufacturing

• Most products are manufactured or customized based on customer requirements.
• Production will begin only after order confirmation and successful payment, if applicable.
• Once production has started, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

5. Design Approval

• Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, dimensions, text, colors, logos, and design details before production.
• Crivon3D will not be responsible for errors approved by the customer.

6. Product Variations

As all products are manufactured using 3D printing technology, slight variations may occur in:

• Color shade
• Surface finish
• Layer lines
• Texture
• Dimensions (within acceptable manufacturing tolerance)

These are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

7. Delivery Timeline

• Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on production workload, customization requirements, courier services, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Crivon3D shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or events beyond our control.

8. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are separate unless specifically mentioned in the quotation.
• Additional charges may apply for express shipping, remote delivery locations, oversized products, or special packaging.

9. Payment Terms

• Full or partial advance payment may be required before production begins.
• Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.
• Outstanding balances, if any, must be cleared before dispatch.

10. Intellectual Property

• Customers must ensure that all logos, images, trademarks, or artwork provided belong to them or that they have permission to use them.
• Crivon3D shall not be responsible for any copyright or trademark infringement arising from customer-provided content.

11. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.
• Once manufacturing has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted as products are custom-made.

12. Returns & Replacements

• Customized products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
• Replacement will only be provided if:
• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product contains a manufacturing defect.
• The product was damaged due to our error.
• Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs.

13. Limitation of Liability

Crivon3D's maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the purchased product. We shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

14. Acceptance

By placing an order, accepting a quotation, or making a payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
